I. Prices and payment
Prices are in Swiss Francs, VAT included (when applicable). Once your order is placed, payments can be made using the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express)
- Bank transfer
Your order is accepted once the payment has been approved and the payment card has been debited.
II. Shipping and delivery
Orders are sent out from Switzerland, usually within 5-10 days. Shipping fees are added to the total amount of your order.
Below are the delivery times based on you geographic zone:
- Switzerland: 2-5 working days
- Europe: 5-10 working days
- Countries outside Europe: 5-30 working days
Please note that these delivery times are indicative, but they cannot be guaranteed and are nonbinding. Delivery delays shall neither entitle the buyer to cancel the purchase nor to claim reimbursement of damages nor to have any other claims.
If you have not received your order after 30 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you as best as we can.
III. Returns and refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, we’ll be happy to accept a return with a full refund of the purchase price, no questions asked.
To return an item, please let me know about your decision by contacting us at email@example.com within 14 calendar days from the moment that you receive the goods. We will then provide you with more information about how you can return the items. Please make sure to save the original packaging in the case that you would like to send the goods back.
Kindly note that all returning costs (shipping fees) are the buyer’s responsibility. We will, however, reimburse the original delivery cost, excluding any customs fees.
If you would like to return only some of the items that you have ordered while keeping the rest, and as a result the order total falls under the free shipping threshold amount, the above mentioned shipping fees will be deducted from the refundable amount.
In case your order arrives damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible for further instructions. We will do our best to either repair or replace the item. If the damage is irreversible, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. You may be required to send some pictures of the packaging and the damaged item, so please save them.
Once the goods have been returned and inspected, we will issue a refund to the same payment account that was used at checkout. If a returned item has been used or damaged by the customer, this will be reflected in the refundable amount.
Finally, if you would like to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
